Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Please note that if something comes up for you and you are no longer able to attend an event, we have the following cancellation policies in effect.
IEP Live!
- Up to 2 months before, send someone in your place OR we will refund your tuition minus a $50 registration fee.
- Up to a month before, send someone in your place OR we will refund you 50% cash back.
- Up to a week before, send someone in your place OR we will credit you 50% of your tuition towards another event.
- Final week, no ticket transfers, no refunds.
IEP Stewardship Training
- 31+ days before, send someone in your place OR we will refund your tuition minus a $750 registration fee.
- 15-30 days before, send someone in your place OR we will refund you 50% cash back.
- Up to two weeks before, no refund provided, however you can send someone in your place OR you are welcome to move into one of the next two cohorts.
